BioI am a paralegal for a Houston family law firm.
Currently I am student at the University of Houston working on my Communications Degree with a focal point being Media Production. After I complete my undergrad, I plan to go onto law school.
In my free time I enjoy sleeping in, studying, listening to music, hanging out at coffee shops with friends watching movies (not at the theaters though.... I dislike movie theaters)
NOT into the gay scene, bars, drunks, druggies or people who frequent the clubs.
I am more of a go bowling, biking, walking, small road trip, or just stay inside kind of guy. I don't need dancing bears for excitement and often much prefer a quiet evening over an evening out on the town. I also am starting to write my own lyrics for an upcoming project I am working on the side, I plan to use my "Media Production" skills for a fun and amusing project posed by one of my professors.
Onto to other things, I think I should share this, because some people may want to know this. What I look for in a guy - Someone who is genuine, sweet, honest, trustworthy, dependable, reliable, caring, emotional, affectionate, loving, real, self supporting, ambitious. My friends would tell you that I am all of those things. I would like to meet people who are just like that in those regards.
I tend to like someone who has some interests that are different than mine. I really like when I meet someone and they have some similar interests, and some related interests of mine. I like being exposed to new things and my horizons broadened. I really like getting to know people, finding out why they get out of bed each morning. What their goals are in life and what makes them tick. I find it interesting when someone is involved in art in some manner or fashion, weather it be from painting, to graphic design to theater arts, back down to just flat out having somewhat of a creative side. I also like the jock type sport playing guys as well. I think it would be fun to play Frisbee in the park, play a game of one on one (basket ball – get your minds out of the gutter). One day, I want to marry and not just any guy, but that special guy. Sure I know gay marriage is not legal in the United States.... but honestly? I don’t give care about that. I want to be happy, and I want my partner to be happy. I want to build a life together with that special person. Even if this country doesn't recognize my commitment to that special person. A few things I have learned over the years. No one is perfect. Everyone has a few quirks or kinks. Love is what you make of it. Someone once told me, love is the person you make exceptions for; the person whose flaws you overlook. You also cannot change anyone. Remember that everyone has on their best face on a first meeting. Or at least they should! I am a firm believer in getting to know someone before cementing a relationship.
I am really lucky to have such wonderful friends around me. They always look out and care about my best interest, and I am so fortunate to have people like this in my life.
